Terms of Sale
Last updated September 2026. These terms govern any domain name purchase arranged through this website or by email with Salamouna. Salamouna is operated by an individual owner, not a registered brokerage or agency, and every domain listed is held directly in that owner’s own registrar account.
1. Domains are sold as-is
Domain names are sold without warranty as to search rankings, prior traffic, backlink profiles, or fitness for any particular trademark or business use. Buyers are responsible for their own trademark and legal clearance before purchase. Any factual history disclosed about a domain (registration date, prior use) is shared in good faith and to the best of the owner’s knowledge.
2. Pricing and offers
Listed prices are asking prices, not fixed prices. Offers below asking are welcome and considered individually. Prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include any transfer, escrow, or payment-processing fees unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal invoice, and Escrow.com. For Escrow.com transactions, Escrow.com’s own terms of service govern the handling of funds; Salamouna is a party to that transaction as the seller, not the escrow provider.
4. Transfer and finality
Once payment has cleared and the registrar auth code has been released or the domain pushed to the buyer’s registrar account, the sale is final. Refunds are not offered after the transfer has been initiated, except where required by applicable law or as separately agreed in writing before payment.
